Rory Chevalier


Rory currently supports the ongoing PR activities for the Australian Digital Health Agency, where he has contributed to the development of the Agency’s strategic media plan and provided media management for the Agency’s My Health Record expansion project.

Rory’s previous experience lies within the health sector, having worked across a number of areas within the federal Department of Health. Most recently, Rory provided policy advice and support to clinicians and health system experts in complete reviews of Medicare-funded psychiatry, vascular surgery and interventional radiology services.

Rory has also provided communications support to the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) Review Taskforce and managed the consultation of technical reports with medical colleges and the health industry.

Rory holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) from the University of Canberra, where he completed his honours thesis in forensic microbiology. He also holds a Master of Science Communication and Outreach from the Australian National University.
